Instructions & Ingredients

Tandoori, from the Punjabi region of Northern India, is prepared by grilling or roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices.

YOU WILL NEED: 1 c. Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, choice of protein/vegetables.

STEP 1: Mix together 1 c. plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. Tandoori Spice Mix.

STEP 2: Cut 3-4 slits into 6 quartered chicken legs, or use your choice of protein (lamb, tofu, vegetables).

STEP 3: Place protein in a large dish, cover with marinade and seal dish with plastic or a lid. Marinate in fridge for 12-48 hours. Bring to room temperature before cooking.

STEP 4: Heat grill or oven to 500°F. Place protein on grill (turning often) or bake for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear and internal temp is 165°F (for chicken). Serve with sliced cucumber, red onion & basmati rice. Enjoy!
