Italian "00" Pizza Crust Kit - Gluten Free

Rice Flour, Starch, Chickpea Flour, Salt, Rice Starch, Fiber Mix, Baking Bowder, Sugar. Dried Yeast.

RECIPE
1: Combine flour mix in large mixing bowl with 1 1/4 c. lukewarm water and 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Stir with a fork until a dough begins to form. Knead by hand for 3 minutes, or until dough is soft and smooth. Form a ball.
2: Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet to your desired crust thickness. Brush the surface with oil. Let the dough rise for 1 hour at a warm temperature (can be done in the oven with the oven light on).
3: Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Add sauce, choice of toppings, and cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Buon Appetito!
